OTTAWA VALLEY SPINNERS AND WEAVERS GUILD SHOW…

Well back for a day and a half before I head out to a wonderful show in Ottawa. This show is all about fiber – roving, yarns, handspun, weaving, needle felting, rughooking etc. – finished work and supplies. It starts tonight at 4 and runs till 8 and then Saturday 10 – 5 and Sunday 10 – 4 and is held at the Glebe Community Center in Ottawa. If you have a chance to go to this show you will NOT regret it (plus a wonderful little vegetarian cafe is located in the same building if you need to fortify yourself in between purchases!).

It has been a busy few weeks – not much hooking being done by me but lots of fun stuff being done by my friends. Here is a beautiful rug Anne just finished – a pattern from The Old Tattered Flag:
