to one and all…
I think I am an olllldddd soul at heart. I love the traditions of Christmas! I love the traditional music, old movies, baking and decorating and mostly I love to visit other people’s homes at Christmas to check out their decorations. This year we are hunkering down and going nowhere so I indulged and went a tad overboard! I thought I would share a few of our decorations – these are just some the living room decorations! Bathrooms, basement, porches and kitchen are also decorated. The decorations may have to stay up longer this year as I am hoping that with a month long lockdown numbers will decline enough that my mom and sister will be able to leave their residences and come for a visit. My sister Diana loves Christmas and decorations and lights! Fingers crossed she will be able to enjoy all of ours in a few weeks. In the meantime, they make me smile and be at peace during a Christmas season like no other. Anddddd, my cats love to grab the miniature ornies on the feather tree and bat them around the living room – every morning I search for the overnight disappearances! Another tradition… May you all have a safe and peaceful Christmas – next year’s will be so much better…

Thank you so much Loretta for sharing these beautiful decorations.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Trish

Your house looks really festive! Keeping fingers crossed that you can have visitors in another month! Truly 2021 has to be a better year!
Thank you for sharing these happy and unique Christmas decorations. To mention a few items that lifted my spirit, i must say the cow pulling the sled gave me a big laugh, and I am intrigued by the cat that appears to be paper mache or…..? Merry Christmas!
I like your all natural wooden pieces. Lovely merry christmas.
Hi Loretta, These are just lovely. Let’s hope you can get together with your mom and sisters later in January. Have a very merry Christmas and a less eventful, dare I say it more boring and ordinary 2021. Hugs to you both. Julie & Tom

Is that an old crank of some kind with the carved Santa? That is so very cool.

So nice! Have a happy Xmas! 🌲🤶🎅🐈
I would like to know what is the object in picture #3? Is it a tool of some sort? And the little sculptor, does it move?
