A FEW MORE TO SHARE…

A few punch and hooking pieces to share:

Michelle finished her Tom Thompson from our class with Carol Shewan – love love love that sky!…

Pam sent me a picture of her Seaside Cat (one of the Karla Gerard patterns I carry) – cat went walkabout 🙂 but the rug is lovely…  Lori was having problems with her cloth and hoop for punching – can I mention here that the ONLY hoop I recommend for punching is the Morgan. It is the only one that I have found holds the cloth ultra drum tight throughout the punching process. Once we transferred the pattern to weavers cloth and put it in a Morgan hoop WOW the piece was done in a few days and is so beautiful! I love the background…  And I mounted my snowman punched piece (Teresa Kogut design) in an antique tin grain scoop. Added a vintage hand crocheted doily because I thought it looked like a snowflake and was too precious to send to the thrift store and a turned wooden tree from Germany…
