Whew, these last few days have once again had me puddling on the floor. However, I am not going to complain toooooo much as we went for our last boat ride and swim last night before pulling out the boat for the upcoming winter – yes I know that is hard to imagine butttt cooler days are coming by mid week and soon I will probably be whining about the cold and ice and snow 🙂 . It has been an amazing summer for swimming and boating but hmmmmm not so much hooking! Soon though, I hope to be cozied up under a nice big rug watching my favourite PBS programmes. In the meantime, I HAVE received pix from some people who, despite the heat, actually worked on their pieces!…
Results from yesterday’s sunflower workshop – at the end of the day ideas were just whipping around the room and Sherryl actually went home and attached her sunflower to a wreath on her door…
Wendy sent me a picture of her Barn Quilt Winter (one of my Karla Gerard patterns)…
Holly sent me a picture of her Queen Bee finished punch needle (one of my Lisa Gerard patterns available as a punch needle OR rughooking pattern/kit)…
This coming Saturday don’t forget the Fibre Extravaganza in Kemptville. Brenda has organized what promises to be a wonderful show with lots of vendors of all things fibre!
